DUE TO EXTREME SHIPPING DELAYS, WE HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING OUR BULLET FABRIC IN AS OFTEN AS NORMAL. WE HAVE IT ON ORDER WITH OUR NORMAL SUPPLIER BUT THEY HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET THEIR SHIPMENTS IN. WE ARE CONTINUALLY CHECKING OTHER VENDORS DAILY TO GET ANY AND ALL THAT WE CAN. IN THE EVENT THAT OUR SUPPLY RUNS OUT BEFORE OUR SHIPMENT COMES IN, WE WILL BE TEMPORARILY USING LIVERPOOL IN PLACE OF BULLET. SAME FABRIC. SAME STRETCH, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TEXTURE. OUR OTHER ALTERNATIVE WAS TO EXTEND TAT BUT THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT AND WE WILL DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO AVOID THAT AT ALL COSTS! AT THIS TIME, SCUBA IS READILY AVAILABLE.
- These strips will be picked at random.
- We cannot guarantee that all prints will be different but will do our best to not throw in duplicates.
- Prints cannot be selected.
- Some strips may be trimmed, some may not be trimmed.
- Some strips may have slight imperfections, some strips may not.
- These strips are deeply discounted and some strips may not be 100% perfect but will still be fine for bows.
- Most imperfections are on the ends if any at all.
- No discounts or coupons codes will be allowed.
- There is no limit on how many strips you can purchase. They are available while supplies last.

- Stretch: 2-way stretch, mechanical stretch in opposite direction
- Weight: 200 GSM
- Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days with the exception of Pre-Orders.
- We ship all orders USPS or UPS with tracking and insurance.
- We are NOT responsible for transit delays, speeds or efficiency. We have zero control on how USPS or UPS handles our packages once they've collected them.
- Double Check your shipping address- We absolutely will NOT change an address once an order is placed. We will always ship to the address provided at checkout.
- In the event that your package says "delivered" but you do not have it. Please check with your neighbors, family members, around your house and the post office. We have been told on some occasions, packages get scanned as soon as 2 days before they are actually delivered. In the event the package is unable to be located, please know that this is a matter between you and the post office. There is not anything we can do. We advise if you suspect theft, to file a police report and report it to the Postmaster at your local post office.
- In the even that your package arrives damaged, please notify us with 24 hours.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges are returns due to the nature of the product.
- We are human and we make mistakes. They happen. In the event that we goof on your order, please know that we always go above and beyond to make it right! Drop us an email at stripsnstitches@gmail.com if you need to reach us!
1. Flawed or damaged
We inspect our fabric to the best of our abilities. Due to the nature of digital printing, any minor flaws less than an inch that will not impact the fabric appearance in its entirety will not be discounted/refunded.
If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to refund it. Please provide a photo and clear description of the damage or flaw to stripsnstitches@gmail.com
For flaws that are on or within 5 inches of the selvage, such as bleed through, (they aren't very common) we do not offer reprints/refunds.
Rolling - Knit fabric can roll and is a natural occurrence when cut or stretched. Rolling fabric is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Note: You have 2 business days from when your order was delivered to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window. All returns must be unwashed and uncut or they are not eligible for a refund. Any flaws brought to our attention after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.
***Please be aware that there are times that certain things can and will influence production time. We always do our absolute best to avoid any situations that may come up and adhere to the current production time stated but please be aware that this might not always be the case and we reserve the right to change the production time without notice. We absolutely understand that you have customers waiting on the items as well so we will always do our very best to get orders out within our turn around time. As we have all experienced, shipping can be a mess. It's always stressful for us while we wait on our fabric shipments to arrive as we need the fabric to print for all of you, we have experienced delayed shipments but only a couple times over the last year. In the event that we have an issue on our end with our supplies, we will do our best to reach out.
We ship all items USPS First Class with Tracking. We do have an upgrade option if you need priority. Please know that that the priority upgrade does not have any bearing on the time it takes us to prepare orders for shipping. This just changes the speed of your packages once it is in the hands of USPS.
