Please measure your tumbler for correct sizing. We do not  give refunds to customers that state the design did not fit a tumbler. 

***Please ensure your tumbler is straight, and not tapered. These transfers will not work on a tapered tumbler.***

Color Disclaimer. Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently.

Due to the nature of this being custom made for your order, we do not offer returns/refunds. We are not responsible for user errors. Please make sure you know how to use sublimation prints. If there issue with your order, please send us an email. 

Sublimation Transfers are NOT:

• HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
• Screen Print
• Home/InkJet Printed Transfers

Sublimation Transfers CANNOT:

• Be Printed with White Ink
• Be Pressed with a conventional home iron
• Be Applied to 100% Cotton Material
• Be Applied to Dark Colored Materials

 Sublimation Transfers REQUIRE:

• A Heat Press with even heat and pressure
• Products that are at least 65% polyester or specifically coated and made for sublimation. Dollar Tree products do not work.

There are no refunds on transfers. We are not responsible for incorrect application. Please research Sublimation to familiarize yourself.
